Types Of Prenatal Yoga Classes
Our Prenatal Active Yoga classes are designed to improve the overall strength and stability of your major muscles groups and joints in your body; and we pay close attention and specifically target your pelvic floor muscles for development to help you recover faster during post-partum.
Our Prenatal Restorative Yoga Classes are a more restful routine that incorporates stretch and mobility exercises that help to alleviate common symptoms faced during your pregnancy such as pelvic pain, back aches and tight glutes.

What is Prenatal Yoga Safe?
There are so much confusion and uncertainty around safe exercise in pregnancy. What can you do, what should you avoid, and how often should you do it?
But it need not be this confusing, so here are our top reasons why you should maximise the benefits of being active while being pregnant and keeping you and the baby safe as well.
Yes! There are only a minimal number of conditions in which you may consider otherwise, so please check with your doctor first!
Here are our reasons:
1. Current guidance recommends a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week during pregnancy. Making our Restorative Prenatal Classes a perfect form of exercise.
2. It is also advisable to do muscle-strengthening exercises twice per week, where we have Active Prenatal Classes in which we include some safe practices for our prenatal yogis.
