Renuka is a great yoga teacher and personal trainer. She helped me tremendously throughout my 2nd and 3rd trimesters, and now postnatally as well. The studio has a lovely vibe that is very calming as well.

Highly recommend! Renuka is wonderful and takes a personal interest in every student and makes you feel seen and cared for. Classes are accessible but challenging and the personal adjustments make a major difference.
